Aluminum XLS Solid Filled Blocks are designed for competitive off road extreme duty, applications. These blocks are cast solid from a high strength proven race formula with No Water Jackets. Each block is performance machined for maximum strength and maximum crank clearance and comes with custom fit, high performance, dry steel cylinder sleeves. All blocks use our special stress relief and heat treat process that adds extreme block strength by using a proven filtered cast process and aluminum formulas only used in high quality extreme duty engines. Bore is 4.250 to 4.600, crankshaft stroke  up to 4.750 without additional machining. These blocks are delivered with ARP steel main cap studs, steel billet main cap, side force locks and 5/16 double cross bolted main cap system. Available with standard or raised cam. Standard bolt patterns for heads, intake, water pump, oil pan and all bolt-on accessories. Standard internal oil pump and oil pick up system with priority oiling.

Blocks designed for maximum crank clearance while using internal oil pick up system. Blocks accommodate external oil system if required.
