Hemi Products Aluminum XL-H Half Filled Blocks 
are extreme duty, high performance, high strength blocks with half filled water jackets. These blocks use our special stress relieved casting and heat treat process that adds extreme block strength. We use only a pure filtered virgin aluminum process for additional strength. Our proven metallurgical formula is designed for use in high quality, extreme duty engines. Each block is performance machined for maximum strength and maximum crank clearance. Each block comes with custom fit, high performance WET STEEL SLEEVES. Each block can offer a raised cam or oversized cam bearings. Standard bore 4.250 and up to a maximum bore of 4.500 and a maximum stroke of 5.000 with no additional machining. These blocks have ARP steel main studs, steel billet main cap, side force locks and double cross bolted main cap system. Standard bolt patterns for heads, intake, water pump, oil pan and all bolt-on accessories. Standard internal oil pump system with priority oiling and standard oil pickup. Block design will accommodate external oil system if required.
